I'd like to see AD with Jimmy Butler's toughness.
You can’t extend him. He’s not reliable enough pay 50-60 mil.
Despite his lack of consistency he is still the future of the lakers. They cant gamble on a trade for him. That wont be a wise decision for the LA franchise.

I mean defensively AD is a amazing player in scoring wise as well I don't know if I would extend his contract due to the fact he's injury-prone and he's not consistent enough and he not playing enough games through the regular season I think what the Lakers should do is shop him on the market just to see if they can get something good for him and if so I would trade him we don't need a superstar on the bench looking fly Plus what's the purpose of having a top-10 player if you can't use him

2. his motivation of winning is lacking. you can just watch him play and easily tell he is not motivated. He not attaching he only does once in awhile.
verdict: he is not motivated enough to be the main guy after bron is gone and not healthy as well. you cant give him the max extension who will not be the leader and be there for the team all the time 100%. dont give him the extension.
They better resign the core of those players to build that chemistry and try and add a bucket getter for the second team unit and for when the offense gets stale that’s was their problems this year

If the Lakers don't end up getting Kyrie Irving they should look at S&T for CP3…the reason I say that is Book & DLo are really good friends and stated in the past that they wanted to play with one another…and CP3 is only guaranteed 15.8 mil of next years salary. we can bring back Dennis and Scottie as an Insurance policy in case Paul gets injured again…

We need a true center so AD can focus at the 4. He’s injury prone so playing him as center is counter productive. Allow him to use his skills while roaming instead of carrying the heavy load at the rim. Just look at the 2020 team.
