[[Gottlieb] Can waive Marko, Carlik to open 4 spots and technically have MLE ($12.2) and BAE ($4.4M). Can’t use them without going into tax. Also need to beat out contenders for rotation guys with only vet min and rotation min to offer. Signing Vooch to a 3 year, $66 million deal would be awful value, damn. There’s so many players around the league who make less than that while impacting the game far more (like a healthy Lonzo, for instance)
So you’re saying they need to S&T Vooch, keep Coby, and let Ayo walk? They *can’t* let Vooch walk, and I don’t think they’d *want* to let Coby walk.
