I put a thread on Brandin in this subreddit about a month ago, and not many disagreed with my confusion to him being mocked so low. I expected him to rise on boards after his combine showing, but he is still being mocked super late first, early-mid second round.

I have recently become so much higher on Podz in this draft. He is truly a great player.
I have him about 14 on my board, so I would like to pick someone else at 12, but I would also trade a good chunk to move up from 37 to 20-25 to grab Brandin.
A draft like Bilal and Podz seems like such an OKC Draft that gets pooped on by the general public, but ends up being fantastic picks.
I like this dude a lot. Very well developed. High IQ. Good size. Position of need. Lower competition in college but the skills that he has translate regardless. He might get outmatched athletically on defense in the NBA but his IQ can make up for it. Good pick for us.
Honestly if we don’t trade up I would be happier with him at 12 than a lot of other guys mocked in that range. He’s one of those weird prospects who is obviously really good but everyone mocks him low. I think he’d be a great fit and I trust Presti to snag him if he is the real deal
