As a portland fan I don’t understand why people assume portland would want tyler herro, sharpe and simons both project to be on par or better than herro I think a third team would have to be involved
Miami would probably have to give up Hero in the trade, Brooklyn recieved 4 1st round picks for KD last season so they could send perhaps 3 1st rounders for Lillard, Boston would probably have to give up Smart & J.Brown

Miami don't have the players or picks good enough for Portland. The Nets sorta do. They can give Portland all of Phoenix's picks and this year's picks, plus Dinwiddie, Finney-Smith, Simmons and maybe even Claxton for Dame and Little.
