I would honestly like to see cp3 back in New Orleans, I'm not too sure how chemistry would work with jose and stuff but I know chris paul has a lot to offer in terms of knowledge. I would also love to see him play with Zion (Depending what happens with zion) It could be similar to when lonzo played with zion. However with CP3's age I wouldn't give up much for him.

I think most pels fans will be happy if we got Cp3. He will help us win and honestly think we would welcome him with open arms. Only player I think fans wouldn't accept is Eric Gordon lol. I would be happy to have him back too but 😅

To the left, but not far to the left, if the Pelicans can't replace Jonas with someone better than him, then they need to keep him. JV was arguably the Pels most consistent, and reliable player. Even a healthy Zion does not wash the board the way that Val does. Without Valanciunas the Pelicans will be at a nightly deficit in rebounds. Other than four or five All-Star centers, Jonas is a mismatch against anyone he faces. Chris Paul adds value to JV.
Willie Green arrived with a concept of .5 Basketball, and Three Non-Negotiables. CJ McCullum ain't havin' none of that. CJ dribbles the air out of the ball until he's ready to chuck-up a bad shot, turn the ball over, or pass the ball to Herb for a three with the clock winding down. He plays two styles of defense; Matador, and Turnstile. There was a stretch of games during his thumb injury, that seemed as if he would rater miss a shot, than give the ball to a teammate that was in a better position to make one. CP3 competes at both ends of the court, makes not only good decisions, but makes them quickly, is a willing passer, and makes everyone on the court with him better.
Whereas teaming CJ with Jonas makes JV unplayable, CP3 will magnify JV's strengths and cover his weaknesses. CP3 will do a better job delivering the ball to Jonas in the post on offense, and keep guards out of the lane on defense. Let's face it, Jonas is a better matchup against Bam or Joker than Larry Nance, Jr is.
Chris Paul would make this a better team on defense, in the half-court, and in the locker room. if the price is affordable, go get him!
Stop questioning BIs work ethic. He didnt play because he was not ready. Look at the first few games when hes back, he was in pain and played horrible. Its not like he didnt want to play, he simply was just not ready!
The recent PR stuff making the rounds leads me to believe there’s interest from Paul
