Portland wont trade dame, they have ton of picks #3 and simons nas to trade.
but if you have that convo start with shorting the list, which team has min 3x 1st and fairly good players to trade for Dame.
from the start you will see there only few teams can actually do that this summer.
after shorten the list and see if you make that trade, that team will be better then Portland is atm.
and final filter IF DAME WOULD ACTUALLY WILLING TO GO THERE
