I guess Nurse is bringing his own staff in. Burke was a key figure in designing our defense – he’ll be missed.

Not sure why there’s so much shock that we’re not bringing back most of Doc’s assistants, this is standard when there is a change of HC, the new guy will want to bring his own crew in.
If we believe Nurse is the right guy then he’ll bring in the right coaches to support him.
Shoutout to that couple game stretch in 21-22 where Doc was out and Burke took the reigns for a game or two. The team went from a malaise wet fart to actually playing with some energy and hustle.
I am praying he takes his over helping philosophy with him
