What’s up with the big deal over Reddit killing off third-party apps? It’s leading to serious effects for a cause I don’t understand

what exactly is happening? they are charging for API’s what’s that mean and why are so many groups freaking out about it
I just use the regular Reddit app, but I believe there is an alternative “Apollo for reddit” which is an app with better features? I think that that’s closing down. Correct me if I’m wrong
The wizards discord is sleeeeeepy 😴
Is the wizards Reddit doing it too? Is it just a few days or is it indefinite?

We’re all going back to digg…where we came from back in 2010.
What
I’m not going anywhere. I guess I’m in the minority that uses the official reddit app and has no problem w it
Reddit is just going to add the functionality of your favorite third party app to their app once they recapture the revenue they were losing to your favorite third party app. This change is good for future Reddit and future you.
Is wizard sextreme still around?
