  1. I'd be fine with either Nick Smith Jr. or Jalen Hood-Shifino at 16 but not at nine. At 9, I prefer Cason Wallace. But I don't think either is going to happen. I believe Danny Ainge is working on a deal to move up and draft Cam Whitmore. Why do I think that? Because there's no reason to bring Cam in for a work out if they weren't planning to move up in the draft. Whitmore's agent knows Cam is unlikely to drop below the 5th spot (Houston). So why let him work out for Jazz? Unless, they had made some behind the scenes promises as to what their intentions are. (Hmm . . . ) 🤔

A trade to move up and draft Whitmore will likely cost the Jazz both the 9th and 16th picks in this year's draft and a player. As long as it's not Markkanen or Kessler, I'll be fine with it. Mark my words, Whitmore is going to be worth it. This kid has the word STAR written all over him!

  2. I agree with you. Guards should be something they eye but they will need some other stuff as well. Love your selection
