Sorry to tell you but couldn't care less about personality from any player, whatever the sport may be.
Personality is a bonus. Having flair is special, but constant outstanding performances is what makes a player to stand out and being great, along with winning.
Sure Giannis has angel, a huge charisma, but not everyone is like him.
Quiet leaders like Jokic, Olajuwon, Duncan, Kawhi, Stockton, are among the absolute best and they were only concerned about performance, not about flashy outfits, cars, women or luxury.

I'm not sure when it happened, but it just seems like NBA fans and especially NBA media would rather be watching pro-wrestling style personality-driven entertainment than basketball. I can't think of a single other major sport where the quality of the play in the arena itself isn't enough to hold the audience's interest.
