Things are moving quickly for the Suns now that a coach has been named.
Is this a part of Mat Ishbia’s master plan or is CP3 gone from the valley for good?

  1. No way he is coming back. Watch he is going to go to LA on a very LA friendly contract watch 👀

  2. you make a great point about the pride/ego part playing a big deal in how this plays out

  3. Make one of the options to move him to coming off the bench. Otherwise out of town.

  4. CP3 needs to shift to a Suns Assist Coach position . He has an inflated ego especially his current plying ability.

  5. He's not really dependable in the playoffs. He's injured every year in the postseason these days. If he's gonna be a backup PG it makes sense. If not, I'm not really anxious to see him come back.

  6. The ego of having to do the same job you did yesterday but for peanuts today, just ain't no way. At least a change of scenery justifies it.

  7. Couldn't be happier with Ishbia at the moment, has plenty of money but doesn't just squander it away. Chris Paul is a really good veteran presence to have around but on a lesser contract. Can't give any credit to James Jones since he gave that silly contract to Cp3 to begin with.

  8. It would be in everyone’s best interest if he came back on the team friendly deal, Gary knows this Tim Duncan the greatest power forward ever the last six seasons took a veterans contract to help win

  9. He’s good but him getting injured is inevitable so we need a better backup than Cam Payne

  10. I would sign him for cheap if we can get Jordan Clarkson or derozan. If not let him go and we have to target Freddy V or find a way to get dame it is what it is

  11. Fake report from Chris Haynes, he fooled us Suns fans.. Suns are still deciding what they're gonna do with him

  12. Paul is wealthy beyond measure. It's not about money for him. If he wants to keep trying to get that elusive ring? Then it's about the team he's with. If he stays in Phoenix? Then his play time must be measured. That means the Suns must have a solid point who can split playing time without there being a reduction in game play payoff. If he bails? No worries. Sports teams are in a constant state of flux. He's replaceable then. If he stays? Then continuity will carry over and success will be more likely. It's just a game.

  13. LOL, there's a bunch of other teams where he can title chase better than at a team whose sole success is passing a crippled Clippers

  14. Cutting paul is a TERRIBLE decision. If he decides to pack up and sign somewhere else, who's gonna run point? Payne? Book? Like he doesn't got enough shit on his shoulders already.
    Vogel is trash.
And he's wanting to KEEP ayton??!

  15. Sometimes I feel I'm the only Suns fan who knows that CP3 is a regular season asset and a post season liability. 😢😢😢

  16. Having cp3 as the 6th man would be great. Trade DA to charlotte and get sloppy joe and they’re young Center for depth. Then get 1 free agent if possible

  17. No don't bring him back at any cost.. there are other pg's out there younger, and without all of cp3's injury history!! trade him for dame.or boston, philly, even the clippers or lakers
