Let’s stop this nonsense about Jimmy, he was never a superstar and he shouldn’t be a HOFER I’m from Miami, not like it means anything but I’m tired of everyone being a HOFER in the nba and everybody being over praised and ranked in the last 10 years. Is ridiculous, he goes up and down like a swing, he has way too many under 20 pts in the post season, he has multiple under 15 point games, he has been on very good teams with great and better talent and has not been able to succeed, he was on his prime in the Sixers, he was with a nice four starting team in the Bulls, he had a good young core in MN, he has worked great at a place where the environment, tone, and leadership is set. Many players can succeed like that, and it’s not a shot at him is just not putting him above of where he should be.

Sometimes at some point someone has to define what a "good analyst" really means, because if it's based on right predictions according to analytical skills, then some folks should carry consequences based on their fallacy.
Oh and btw, diversifying opinions by bringing someone knowledgeable about European basketball (given the recent success of European players in the NBA) could really aid some of these debates and push for better analysis.
