  1. The game is over and what does Jokic do? Immediately goes over to his opponents and congratulates them. Absolute class act. The man is so humble despite being a champion.

  2. Bro the fact Nikola went out of his way to give everyone a handshake and a pat on the back warms my heart

  3. As a raptors fan, this makes me happy. Seeing your fav team win their first championship is the best feeling ever

  4. It’s good to see new teams win in every sport not just the same teams.

  5. I’m a Sacramento Kings fan and I’m so happy for the Nuggets and their fans. Well deserved championship you guys. I love seeing new teams win.

  6. Jokic showing respect to the Heat is one thing, but Jamal’s emotion is so palpable in this clip. Much love to that guy. What an incredible journey for him ❤

  7. I was born and raised in Denver then moved to Florida, but still a Nuggets fan and so glad tbey finally won the finals. Never gave up on them. I knew one day they would get their chance to shine. Congrats Nuggets!

  8. Jokic already better than Carmelo Anthony, Dirk Nowitzki, Chris Paul, Anthony Davis, Joel Embiid, James Harden, Russell Westbrook, Derrick Rose, Damian Lillard, Tracy McGrady, Charles Barkley, Alex English, Patrick Ewing, Reggie Miller, Vince Carter, Steve Nash, Dominique Wilkins, Karl Malone, John Stockton, Allen Iverson, Elgin Baylor, and Paul George all time.

  9. A while later into Game 5 of the 2023 NBA Finals from the AT&T Arena in San Antonio, Texas…
Mike Breen: 6.5 seconds remain on the clock as the San Antonio Spurs lead 141-89 thanks to their new friend Temporary San Antonio Spur #27, Empress Madame Ninja Barrett. Not much is known about this sports starlet from the wrestling circuit other than her signature ability to read the patterns of her opponents. This is now her eighth consecutive NBA Finals appearance with at least six different teams.
Empress Madame Ninja Barrett: (with the basketball in her possession, clearly preparing herself to end the series in favor of the San Antonio Spurs.) pants Okay. You can do this, Ninja. Time to finish this and win another chip in San Antonio. Hold on. I need to get into a new persona real quick. takes a deep breath (goes Ultra Instinct to the surprise of both teams.) Alright. Time for me to test this new ability and form out. Let’s just do ourselves a favor and get this over with. I call this one the Ultra Instinctual Nightmarish Dagger. (throws the shot from the half court line and watches as it goes in.) Hopefully, that should finish them.
    Mike: It’s now 144-89. I don’t know what’s happened, but they’ve now soared into a staggering lead.
    buzzer sounds
Mike: It’s over. San Antonio’s a city of champions once again. The Spurs are NBA Champions.
Jeff Van Gundy: Above all else, Mike. Ninja remains absolutely perfect. 8 straight NBA Championships in all 8 consecutive Finals appearances.
Ninja: (reverted to normal and gracefully drops the basketball back down onto the floor.) dusts off her hands Well, I think this’ll make for an interesting MVP conversation. chuckles to herself (sees her fellow San Antonio Spurs approach her.) Oh, I guess that takes care of that.
    Doug McDermott: I guess so.
Blake Wesley: Well, looks like you gave the Miami Heat a show they won’t be forgetting anytime soon.
Tre Jones: Judging by your performance, I won’t put it past you if you somehow manage to become Finals MVP.
Ninja: I’ve got a feeling that someone else will probably get Finals MVP over me, but we’ll see what my dear friend, NBA Commissioner, Adam Silver has to say.
    Charles Bassey: Oh, that’s true.
Malaki Branham: Wait. So, how many points did you get us?
Ninja: I extended our lead by a career high breaking of 55 points.
    Romeo Langford: Whoa.
Ninja: Yeah. So, I think this means that on a technicality, I beat my original career high in the NBA Finals by 3 points.
Zach Collins: Wait. What was your original career high in the NBA Finals before tonight?
Ninja: 52 points in 2016 to coincide with the 52 year drought that was taking place in Cleveland against the Golden State Warriors in Game 7 at Oracle Arena when I first made my NBA debut with the Cleveland Cavaliers, which I’ve held consistently for the past almost several years at this point.
    Keldon Johnson: Impressive.
Ninja: Thanks. (as she changes back into her normal wear which consists of the black metallic General Manager’s outfit, the Constable of SmackDown medal around her neck with the red heart locket, the Snake Amulet and the Lone Wolf amulet pendant also around her neck, the pair of Elias’s wristbands, the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship around her waist, the black metallic TNA General’s coat and hat, the full body armor set based off of the Bane of Darkness Spirit, Galeem which was fused with the light of Ultra Necrozma, Fused Zamasu and Ashrah and the black metallic hitman’s outfit.) I think I’m gonna stick around for the trophy presentation and then just go.
    Jeremy Sochan: Okay.
    Devin: Vassell: Alright.
Ninja: hears a familiar pair of voices calling out to her Oh, wait a minute. Hold on. (sees a pair of familiar gentlemen approaching her, no doubt her dear friend, the NBA Commissioner, Adam Silver and her mentor, the Head Coach of the Golden State Warriors, Steve Kerr.) Is that who I think it is? (approaches the two gentlemen and embraces one of them.)
Adam Silver: (returns her embrace.) My friend, you killed it.
    Ninja: Thank you, Monsieur Silver.
Adam: You did so good. Oh, (as he motions toward the Head Coach of the Golden State Warriors.) I think someone else also wants their hug.
Ninja: Oh. (as she embraces her mentor, the Head Coach of the Golden State Warriors.) Hey, Monsieur Kerr.
Steve Kerr: (returns her embrace and gives her a peck on the cheek.) I’ll gladly echo the sentiment of whatever the NBA Commissioner just said.
Adam: So, I guess this officially makes it Finals win #8 for you, my friend.
Ninja: You’re right, Monsieur Silver. It absolutely does.
Steve: I mean, no one in the history of the NBA before or since her arrival in the NBA can boast that many consecutive wins in that many Finals appearances.
Adam: Damn. And here Tatum and I sincerely thought you probably wouldn’t amount to much in the NBA back when I summoned you at the request of Dan Gilbert of the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2015, my friend and yet, here you are with 8 consecutive wins in 8 straight Finals appearances in spite of it.
Steve: This probably says one of two things: Either she’s clearly mentally tougher than the champions of the opposing conference or her opponents just have the tendency to let up at the worst possible time.
Ninja: chuckles I’ve got a feeling that nine times out of ten, it’s probably the latter more than the former.

  10. Coming from a Bulls fan, shout out & congratulations Denver fans. Yall deserve this and Joker is the best player top to bottom right now… respect went up another level.

  13. No lie ….Melo put Denver on the map….but Jokic STAMPED them …he deserves that #15 💯💯💯🤝🏾

  14. Jokic showing respect to the heat players even befor celebrating or lauphing about winning. What a player

  15. Good on them man but god damn…I cannot help but be so sad for Butler. I know he struggled a bit in the last 2 series, but you cannot deny that the Heat only made it this far because of him. Dude stepped up HUGE these last couple years for the Heat. I really hope he gets himself at least 1 ring before he retires, he's earned it more than just about any other player imo.

  16. Jokic makes sure he shakes hands miami heats players before he celebrates. What a guy 👏👍

  17. As a Knicks fan props to the heat. I respect jimmy and all the players who stepped up in the post season. Cant wait to vs you guys next year

  18. 2 days ago, Đoković won 23rd Grand Slam. Now Jokić and his Nuggets won 1st Championship in history. Several days ago, Serbs won WC 3×3! Serbia is so proud of their sons! Bravo kraljevi, ispisali ste istoriju!
