F it
It makes sense to move up in the draft, if we want to build a good core, everyone needs to be on the same timeline with victor
This NBA draft sounds like it's going to hectic
Keldon Johnson and 5 draft picks (3 first round 2 second round) make it a three team trade if we have to hopefully we get scoot when it's all said and done
You should look more into Kobe Bufkin he would be perfect for the team
I can see a 3 team trade where Portland gets Siakam, Toronto gets some of our picks, and we get #3 pick 🤔
I think a lot of it will happen on draft night and hinge on who is available
Do you think the Spurs should look to sign Gabe Vincent from the Miami Heat? I'd think he would be the ideal pg for the Spurs.
I would pick Cason if Scoot is Unavailable
Man imagine poltle and wemby together
Houston trading the 4th pick make sense ion think they want another young guard
I like the guys you like too. Black, Wallace, and I am one of the Amen people who’d take a chance on him. That athletic ability and playmaking ability with Wemby, man, it’s too tempting to pass up. My gut feeling is the Spurs like Black. He has the defensive mindset and pg skills that we need. Just got work on the shooting, of course.
I don’t think we have to move up to top ten to get a good fit player with a lot of upside, 11-20 you could get a guy like Derek Lively who has no offense but could be a great back up rim running center, he can also guard the perimeter and I think his offense will come. Him wemby and Sochan could all be all defense
Jeez. Houston and Detroit failed to get the top pick, and now they want out of the draft?? LMFAO they’re acting like they got fleeced by the Spurs or something.
Bro it’s “ah-sar“. Ah-sar and Ah-men
I would trade for one of the Thompson twins.
Jalen Hood-Schifino is the guy for me. Won’t need to give up as much compared to if we traded into the Top 10 & besides Scoot he possibly has the most upside offensively at the PG spot while being a solid defender
Sorry Clan, but if the Spurs move up to 5th spot (Detroit), then I'd rather have Taylor Hendricks at 6'9". He's also a defensive beast who has and undeveloped offensive game. Ranked very high in FG% 3pt%. He's just too good to pass up at the 5th spot. I'm not really sure of who to compare him to because he plays both ways. I hate to say Kahwi Leonard, but he is similar.
I think the Spurs might be looking to get their future point guard at the same time as Wemby. It would make sense to start them out together. Of course, Scoot if we can pry away the 3rd pick from Portland. I think that might break the bank for us but it should be at least considered. I like Black and Wallace after that, just because of the competition they have gone against. The Thompson twins have higher ceilings but so many great athletes have failed and they make me a little nervous. I would like someone to be able to play with Victor from day one. Jalen Hood-Schifino is also someone who I like at either at the back end of the lottery or mid-first round. That being said, I would like to lock up Tre Jones on a reasonable contract as backup point guard. He is limited by his size but I still think he could be an average 3 point shooter because he hits his free throws at 80%. His assist to turnover ratio is among the best in the league.
How you don't see not just Amen's potential but his ability boggles my mind. All though I should be used to it by now
In a SUPER HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION, if Spurs also draft scoot…does he carry a chip on his shoulder for not being picked #1 overall??
Beat believe all those draft picks my Spurs have, I'd be shocked if we don't put quite a few of them to use in this draft as trade bait. Spurs4Life baby!!! 😎🤙💕💯
