What's the most you'd include in a trade for Scoot Henderson?
We need another person who can shoot the 3 either at PG/SG or even maybe another big who can shoot possibly. I could careless what Zion does outside of basketball

Please. Charlotte has two ball dominant PGs already and little need for Scoot. They're in a similar boat as us (w/ B.i near expiring), except LaMelo Ball has 1 year left (instead of 2) before they have to decide between giving him a Max or letting him walk. Their fans don't want him to walk & like Rozier. So, if Ingram + 14 isn't enough to move up 12 spots…I'm not sure what else they'd want. That seems like more than enough. We had to trade AD for him, and now he's better than he was when we got him. I guess technically, we could add 1 to 3 guys who have 1 year team options (Willy, Naji, Kira). CHA probably wants to include Hayward in a cap dump, but at that point they'd need to offer us more assets – not the other way around. No matter what we offer, they'll play coy. Let's not forget that BRK wanted Ingram as the centerpiece in a KD trade. So keep chipping away & asking questions so you can gain leverage. Be direct & easy to communicate with. Most likely, there's a set of guys on our roster that they like & there's a set of assets on their team that we like. If Scoot is our guy and Ingram is their guy, then moving up 12 picks shouldn't be insurmountable. Do not let them act like Scoot is the Gobert in this equation when Ingram actually is. Yes, we like Scoot & won't diminish his value in negotiations, but we can also call a spade a spade. Scoot will still be a rookie so that's a certain type of window. We also know CHA's timeline is more "now" so don't let them strongarm an already good deal. Proven 25 year old hometown all stars don't just grow on trees. They're lucky we're even considering it because Ingram is well liked & not someone that we have to move. We just are considering options & ownership seems flexible on resetting our window.

Sir you do realize Zion is one injury away from tanking his value. You are really underating the serious injury risk that Zion is. Content to watch Zion miss another 60 or so games. Ok. Zion's value will be at an all time low if he sustains another injury this year. Be like the Patroits sell high while you have the opportunity. There is nothing in Zion's history that says he will be able to stay healthy. Just saying.

I say forget Portland and Charlotte look to Houston. They would probably give up more to get Zion. The reason why is he will help them attract a FA with their cap space. Jabari Smith Jr, 4, KPJ, for Zion and 14. I would rather end up with Jabari Smith Jr and Amen then just Scoot

Should the Clippers trade away Kawhi Leonard and Paul George? Damn right they should. But two teams that absolutely shouldn’t trade their star tandems are the Celtics Tatum, and Brown. And the Pelicans Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson.. Z is 22 years old and Ingram is 25. We need at least one more year after changes to the medical staff.
Hornets should only be interested in Zion and i can see the Blazers interested in Ingram & the #14 pick if Scoot falls to #3.

If no deal happens and pelicans are somehow healthy next season I still don’t think they will be real contenders. They have little to no rim protection and big man defence, no true PG/facilitator and still need more 3PT shooting
This was always about Zion, only Zion. I dont think Brandon was ever on the table. Zion, the 14th pick, future picks and/or maybe a Dyson Daniels. Trey MURPHY and Herb Jones were never on the table either
