He literally puts his hand completely under the ball multiple times while he is dribbling and it doesn't get whistled. It's not just him either, the whole league has been doing it for years. Kevin Durant has openly said he carries the ball virtually every play but because the refs don't blow the whistle he just continues to do it. There's literally no excuse for it, these are the best players on the planet. Allowing a gather step is one thing, but dudes are blatantly travelling mid dribble and not getting called.
