Spurs fans I know this does not involve you all but how would you feel about Beal and Dame to Heat as I found a trade that makes the salary work but I don’t see Blazers and Wizards saying yes to it
You only trade your #1 pick when you don't have a consensus #1 like last year. Last year, there was no clear #1 pick. It kept changing from Chet, Jabari and Paolo. This is #1 is clear and he is supposed to be miles better than rest of the prospects and supposed to be a generational talent LeBron. No way Spurs are doing that. If they somehow do this bonehead move, a lot of fans are going to quit. On top of that… only Wemby brings huge international fan base that on other prospects have. Entire France is pretty much already supporting Spurs due to Parker, and Diaw. Adding Wemby will be cherry on top. Look at how entire Bosnia supported Jokic through the years.
