Yes, you have to put in work to get his body right, but come on. This dude is a superstar when he hits the floor. That's better than any asset you can get at #5.
I believe in the coaching staff and training staff to do that, and he would be motivated by his peers in Ivey/Cade/Duren on a daily basis.
