With just a week to go before the 2023 NBA draft, the Toronto Raptors have some major decisions to make as a far as who they want to select at 13th overall but potentially there are now major decisions in play as far as trading up for a higher pick in the draft. Speculation has been ongoing that the Raptors could move Pascal Siakam to land a top 4 pick in the draft but new developments suggest they could nab the 10th pick for the Dallas Mavericks based on their strong desire to select Gradey Dick. Is this seriously in play?
The Raptors also revealed they have found their top assistants for new head coach Darko Rajakovic as Jama Mahlalela of the Golden State Warriors who has been with the Raptors and their 905 affiliate before returns to the team and is joined by Pay Delany of the Washington Wizards. This bold move is a clearer indication of what Toronto’s plans are for this season.
