The Lakers need to keep Rui & Reaves. They should cut the dead weight on their roster & add some 3&D wing defenders, upgrade the PG position, and add a defensive-minded center through the draft, with exceptions, and a few trades.
It doesn't matter what trades the Lakers do next season they still won't win a championship. 4 teams in the western conference teams are still better than the Lakers.
