  1. I’m from Miami and I’ve won a lot of money betting the Heat and the Dolphins whenever we are home underdogs when I see the visiting team hanging out the night before 😂

  2. In one video Rashad said Popovich wasn’t a good coach. In this video he mentions Pop with Spoelstra, who he does believe is a good coach.

  3. This is why the Heat aren’t steady signing high level FAs despite being a very attractive city. The only time they get stars is when they go there to compete and win NOW. Hard workers only. Guys like Beal or Ben Simmons who just wanna sign big contracts and coast would flock to Miami if they wouldn’t have to work hard.

  4. Durant with 5 % body fat in Thunder – Championship Chance 10%
Durant with 5% body fat in Golden State – Championship Chance 100%

  5. Wow that is hardcore. Pat Riley really stamped his DNA into Miami.

Goes to show you how organizations can fail it’s players like The Grizzlies.

  6. Good job rashad u had a game the next day and where out partying. ~ w/o that God given ability u probably wouldn't have been in NBA

  7. It's so understated how important culture is for a team when they are in a city like Miami, Las Vegas or even Los Angeles. It literally keeps everything together.

  8. I remember when Pat Riley was promoted to coach the Lakers by Jerry West, when Magic got Westhead fired. Since Pat's time in LA to the Knicks and finally the Heat. In my opinion there has never been a team in the league, that is physically more conditioned than a Riley team. And that's what people overlook. In Pat's system, the first and foremost issue will be conditioning. This is why Spo said, " We are not for everybody." Players are going to be more in shape than they have ever been in their lives,or your not going to be there,no matter how talented you are. This is why players are not listing the Heat as their preferred landing spot. Then we get into accountability. Your name, contract or agent doesn't mean shh to the Heat. Pat has a good cop bad cop kinda guys hanging around. Players like Mourning and others who are not a part of the coaching staff, but they will nurture, teach and actually fight you if your on some Solo Dolo shh. Spo has become the embodiment of Pat's way of establishing culture. Shaq left because of the conditioning demands. LeBron left because he finally discovered he can't control shh with Pat and Spo. D Wade left and was welcomed back because,he honors and respected the system. Pat wasn't a dawg as a player but make no mistake about as a coach and gm he got more dawg in him than any team in the league. You know leadership and greatness,by rather or not if that excellence and dawg can bred and make dawgs and leadership. That's why Spo is a hall of fame coach. And the killer is Spo never played in the league 😅😅😅

  9. It’s not only basketball,in Miami almost everybody is in shape…Miami culture is all about being attractive…

  10. The culture started with Pat Riley as the coach there. I remember Zo, Tim Hardaway, Masburn, Grant, etc always cut. Except PJ Brown😂. Everybody looked in shape. No Oliver Millers on that team

  11. People who don't understand udonis role and why reason Heat kept him for this long, He is there for discipline to the young boys and he took huge paycut when Bosh and Bron came in.

  12. Rashard McCants is 100% that huge tough dude in the hood who duck tapes phone books to his body and fucks guys

  13. They def won’t be partying any time soon. Come to Denver. We will be having a parade soon.

  14. There's no way that Ben Simmons, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving would've been able to get away with doing stupid stuff if they played for the Miami Heat. Pat Riley wouldn't have allowed it. Udonis Haslem would've literally chose violence. Most NBA coaches don't have the juice to keep the players in line and hold them accountable. They just stay out of the players' way and hope they don't get fired. Erik Spoelstra and Gregg Popovich don't have that problem.
