WE BACK BABY. it was hell just seeing all the news on Twitter and just reading all these clown accounts say stupid shit

I know his contract stinks, but Beal seems to be exactly what this team is missing. Especially with his NTC, we could get him for very minimal assets if he really wants to come here.

I don’t know if it would work financially but it would be fun to watch him with Giannis.

Not to be a party pooper but I don’t see anyway this is possible without having a 1st round pick until 2028 lol

  4. _tomato_paste

Nope. We don’t need two supermaxes with this new CBA

  5. LocoAlpaca420

Unfortunately, the Bucks don’t have the assets to get Beal.

Logistics aside, I don’t get the negativity for having Beal. I think he’d be fantastic for us, his game would mesh so nicely with Giannis’s

I just don’t see how it works financially

I thought brad is older. He’s 29, didn’t play hot this year but maybe being on a new team revitalizes him.

Bucks have to trade one of Middleton or Jrue for the salary to even work. And if Washington is trading Beal they are rebuilding so probably would want some future assets (picks or young player) which bucks have none of. Beal does have a no trade clause so he could theoretically veto any trade except for bucks if he really wants to go there, but it seems unlikely he would do that. More likely he will give them a list of teams to work out a deal with. Bucks probably would need a third team to give additional assets to Washington.

It would have to be a 3rd team taking khris. Only way it workes

As much as he would benefit the team, his contract is larger than Giannis’s in both dollars and years. Can’t see much of a way to get it done without further crippling the teams ability to make moves down the line.

I’m actually surprised how many people are I support of this. Beal is one of the biggest black holes in the league, and his teams routinely play better without him. And this isn’t entirely fair to him, but all he knows is losing. I’d fully expect him to have a year or two of growing pains in the playoffs when the games actually count.

I’d rather stick with the guys that have experience and camaraderie than bring in this chucker.

Who would go to get him

Unless the owners really want to pay that tax

Ive wanted the Bucks to trade Khris for Beal since 2019. If this happens I will be through the roof for Giannis!

Just get Beal AND Avdija. I’ll die on the Avdija hill, man! The dude can be absolutely perfect for the Bucks. Sure he can’t shoot yet, but he is the same age as MarJon.

Just get them both, and try to get Thybulle and (the POS) Dillon Brooks, whom I personally despise.

These small-ball lineups would be nasty:
    – Giannis
    – Khris or Jrue
    – Avdija/Thybulle/MarJon/Brooks
    – Pat/Allen/AJ
    – Beal

Bobby is not there as I assume he’ll be the other contract we’ll send to the Wizards.

Bucks should trade Middleton and picks to Portland for Dame. Beal is fine and and all but I haven’t seen him take over a game the same way Dame does. If Giannis gets hurt the bucks need someone who can take over

  17. VicePope

thank god they finally opened this place back up after that temper tantrum

  18. starter-123

Big three stay. Then no one cares if they can land some Wizard’s star player.

  19. BaltimoreBadger23

The only down side I see is that since I live in Baltimore our best chance to see the Bucks each year is when they come to DC. This will make getting tickets harder. I hope the ownership takes my very individual concern into consideration.

Note: I do not know cap implications and who we’d be losing to get him.

  20. Mickeyjj27

I think if the Bucks got Giannis to work on his FTs and jumpers it would be more of a plus than getting Beal or anyone else. While he was hurt seeing him almost throw the ball out of bounds to not get fouled is what sticks out badly. If he was even decent at both he’s be unstoppable.

  21. ohboy360

I say do it. Obviously it’d be a 3 team deal, and you would be losing either Jrue or Middleton. If we are not going into rebuild mode now, we would be destroying our cap future by signing the guys we already have, anyways.

We got gentlemen’s swept by the team that got gentlemen’s swept by the champion, and the only thing we have changed so far is the coach. So it’s hard to argue we shouldn’t try changing something.
