Agreed. Jrue is the one to go if anything
It’s jrue who is going if a trade happens at all and it’s who I’d feel a lot better about trading, but I don’t think I agree that beal isn’t better than middleton at this point (and I love Khris)

No Beal, please. If you trade for Beal and it doesn’t work, the Bucks are boned. Pretty high stakes for a guy about to be 30. Idk.

Beal is not better? I mean common…
Middleton has become useless on defense so call it even there. Middletons best MONTH all year was 18.7/4.8/6.4 on 46/34/89 splits. Beal averaged 23.2/3.9/5.4 on 51/37/84 splits on the year.
Beal had a month where he averaged 26.8 PPG on great efficiency. You know how many months Middleton has where he averaged even 25 PPG? Zero in his career.
It’s not even fucking close. I’m honestly baffled how anyone can say Middleton is better.
Last part is debatable
If we trade for Beal, whichever of Middleton or Jrue that didn’t get traded for Beal I would move as well, for role players and/or picks.
For example, if Jrue leaves in a Beal trade, sign and trade Middleton for picks/role players.
At this point we would have our two stars, so what we really need is to pick up some role players and replace some draft picks.
No way should the Bucks trade anyone inside the Big 4. Greyson, Ingles, Wes and possibly Pat are the only realistic trading candidates. And Beal is NOT the answer. Bucks need a shooter, not a scorer.
