Doubt we can afford him, but thereā€™s no better TPMLE target than draymond. Instantly solves both of our ball handling issues, loves to play in pace with sharpe and Jerami who are elite in transition, and fixes our defense.

Our defense has suffered for more reasons than just talent. We donā€™t communicate and we arenā€™t naturally good at rotating/knowing where to be. That is arguably Draymondā€™s best skill and heā€™d instantly become to our defense, what dame is to our offense.

Edit: we have the bigger NONtax payer MLE, not the regular MLE. My bad

  2. Yep if we can afford him itā€™ll be a no brainer. Doubt we can though. I hate him as a Warrior but I would love him as a Blazer

I donā€™t know the Lakersā€™ cap situation but Iā€™m sure if thereā€™s a way for him to go there and play with Bron – assuming he doesnā€™t re-sign with the Warriors – he will. Would be a great pickup for the Blazers though.

If we trade Simons to a team with cap space in a trade we could get far below the cap. Then we can sign Draymond and Grant. Acquiring draft picks for Ant isnt the worst thing. Then send those draft picks with a trade exception to get another wing? I am no cap expert, but this seems like the only way correct?

  5. Would you rather retain Grant or get Draymond instead?
