Miami has the best package for Washington by far unless New York throws in Barrett/Quickley which I highly doubt because they could use those pieces for a bigger star. Miami is also a contender that Beal could be the focal point of the offense in and he fits in great in Miami's system + would have great chemistry with Butler and Adebayo. A trade of Herro, Duncan, Jovic, and Pick 18 for Beal seems like a huge win-win for both teams, and it seems like it's the best offer out there for Beal. Only other team that can beat it is NY but as previously mentioned, there's no real reason for them to throw in Barrett/Quickley after the seasons they just had, and they could get someone like Lavine who they've already been linked to.
