I mean, I feel there should be more value from Atlanta (doubt they wont want to protect this picks too Lmaoo) ⊠but why are people so mad if we have to absorb the Collins contract for a few years?
Trading Siakam indicates we likely rebuilding anyways. We probably wonât really care about cap anyways⊠And in a couple years it would become a valuable big expiring contract. And hey if he starts playing better we could get value back Lmaoo

If they could get Okongwu instead of Johnson then I’d take that deal in a heartbeat. I’m high on AJ Griffin and John Collins only has 2 more seasons + a player option left on his contract.
Trading Siakam would make us a rebuilding lottery team so 3 firsts and 2 seconds for a 1 year rental is pretty decent imo.

Anyone here who would do this trade for Siakam is not a fan of basketball. What an awful return. You want to get a top 3-4 draft pick combined with young assets if youâre trading him. This is NOT IT.

We get a cheap replacement for OG in AJ + a pick, but we would have to be in full rebuild mode cause that Collins contract is horrible…
