  1. I’ve been saying they have a culture problem for the last 10 years. When you openly lose, it creates a losing environment that doesn’t hold players or staff accountable. Teams like Boston, Golden State, Los Angeles Lakers and Miami are winning organizations, even when they have bad seasons, because the environment created by ownership is a winning one. Don’t believe the ownership creates a losing environment? Look at the Devils in the NHL. Same owners, and this was their first legitimately successful season since 2012 because they don’t have a winning culture under Josh Harris. Same thing is gonna happen to the Commanders
