I highly doubt Zion gets traded but if MJ pulls the trigger it’s not like it’ll ruin his reputation as a good owner lol. Not to mention LaMelo and Zion 😳 good lawd lol. Oh and that big boy bridges Bridges makes a mean trio
Purple shirt and red Head phones 🌈
NBA media for 3years
“Should the pelicans trade Zion”
“Zion is out of shape”
“Zion is injured”
“Zion has been disappointing”
“Zions defence is concerning”
“Zion looks like if shaq and Barkley had a baby”
“Zion has baby mama dramas”
Pelicans
We might trade Zion
Nba media
“OMG, I would have never guessed it”
There are only a few places to be updated on basketball stuff an the internet is one of them
Maybe someone in the higher office is on YouTube watching the NBA YouTube whatever and is like
“Maybe we should trade Zion”
Trade the second pick for a guy that plays 30 games a season? 😂
Zion is injury prone and is more likely to only play under 30
Games than the 60 plus he actually played, and I made this prediction that Zion was going to deal
With injuries throughout career…. Also are we sure Scoot is really this generational talent?
I hate the dum saying if I can't to play 65. 65 games doesn't win a chip. He'd still need to ,are through the playoffs. Zion is 1 injury away from tanking his value.
He obviously does not want to stick around New Orleans and the best thing for everybody including the NBA would be to move him
If they don’t get scoot, would they go for an Amen or Brandon Miller with Portlands pick?
Charlotte should do it. Trade Hayward + #3 for Zion and try to get some picks (Pels have too many picks).
Then trade Terry Rozier for Lonzo Ball.
Lamelo + Lonzo + Zion when healthy is one hell of a synergistic core.
What's the cornstar situation in Charlotte?
this isn't hard if you're the Pelicans:
🗣 KEEP Zion Williamson
first four years, he's always injured. my response, 'who cares?'
you need a player like him to be healthy in their prime and/or when their max contract kicks in.
Zion is about 23yrs old; hasn't reached his prime yet.
and his max extension hasn't kicked in yet either.
so a young guy (came into the league at 19yrs old) spends their first few seasons hurt, i don't care and i dont think it matters at all yet.
when you (plan to) have a player (a #1 overall pick) for 9 years (first 4yr rookie contract and then extension), their early years don't matter to me that much other than them adjusting to the NBA and getting experience.
4 injured years vs 5 healthy years?
pretty simple to me.
Stop this bullshit fam. Why would we want Zion this rascal ain’t played a full season. Stop these negative scenarios for the Hornets. Like we gon willingly give up the #2 pick. Whole nba media is full of shit
Zion will have 46 children, 5 of them will play in the NBA
With the new CBA the line that a top 3 pick on a rookie scale is more valuable then a max player. Like I think I’d rather have any top 3 pick then Donovan Mitchell, Trey Young, or Wiggins.
Zion is never healthy, man.
If I’m any other team I do not trade for Zion. He has shown no indication that he can be a professional athlete. Talent got him this far. Work ethic hasn’t kicked in yet. That is the difference for me.
A championship team plays (give or take) 100+ games a year. Zion has played 114 in 4 years. What makes you think he’d be able to play 65-80 games for a season? Trade him away and cut your losses.
THE QUESTION DO U SEE ZION HEALTHY FOR THE NEXT 5 YEARS & THE ANSWER IS NO! …….TRADE HIM!
Scoot is a pg Zion is like heavier Barkley with a jumpshot, since they have CJ and Brandon Ingram they dont really need another guy that can shoot or create for himself. Zion fits their system/they built the team around having a star stretch 4. They would need another player back who is like zion but better in all the eays zion is flawed and that doesnt exist.
But they could trade zion, trade cj, develop scoot and be bad for awhile again. If it were me id give it another season and bring in a European injury prevention guy
The guy does not want to play nor has he ever wanted to play in New Orleans. you need to trade that dude
Zion is not top 10 if healthy because if he's healthy then everyone is healthy and you have Lebron, Jokic, Giannis, Luka, Embiid, KD, Kawhi, Steph, Booker, Tatum, Dame, Donovan Mitchell, PG, Jimmy Butler, Ja, and then it's questionable if it's Zion or like Sabonis or Bam or Shai
maybe he gets there with experience, but he doesn't have that right now and these guys were all better than him when he was healthy and when they are healthy
He needs to lose and keep off 50lbs… do you know anyone in your life who needed to lose 50lbs does it and keeps it off? Barkley needed to lose 25 to 30lbs and he is the one person who did that kept it off 10 years and had a good career. Granted I don't think Barkley was the most motivated but he is 300% more motived then Zion is. You look at pictures or gameplay of Zion at Duke he looks like he is half the man he is now, do a year by year of him high school to now that shit is sad. Granted the one thing that isn't sad is Zion ruled media for 5 years from when he went to duke to last year 2022, he got piad by the NBA for doing so and Nike. I salute you Zion have a good life quit before you blow out both your knees and are crippled from trying to dunk weighing 300lbs.
Scoot has some dam long arms
Zion needs to stop dunking
