Trust me… I like OG as a player for certain.
However, it’s not without it’s flaws. We certainly play in a face pace, and OG fits a fast pace.
We are absolutely terrible in half-court offense. With that said, OG is one of the worst half court offensive players I’ve ever seen

At first or second worse in every one, OG is right there. This is the same person who wants a bigger role than TOR gives him.
Basically, post up plays? Second to last
Dribble Jumpers? Last
FG% on drives? Last
Pull ups? Last
PNR ball handler? 4th from last
If he wants out of Toronto because he wants a bigger role, I’d hope we steer clear of him.
He’d be a nice role player, and having a 3 & D player’s Bird Rights is valuable because they’re always overpaid, but he is a 3 & D guy.
Personally, even if the asking price is moving down 3 spots in the draft the price is too high for us. Our half-court offense needs help, and if he’s leaving because he wants a bigger role we can’t give him that. It would be a horrible idea.
