  1. If the Heat do trade for Beal, I would be surprised if Herro is not, at least, considered to be part of it. He's started to look expendable for the past couple of years, especially with his struggles and his injury history for the past 2 postseasons.

  2. This is a lateral move. First off, Beal do not have experience in the post season deep run at all. Second Lowry and Hero do have experience. But the offense that you are giving up in Lowry and Hero will more than make up by Beal without the finals experience, and there will be a significant drop off in defense. If I were the GM of the Heat, I'd look at the team who just beat us, and figure out what we really need. This is all about match-ups. Nicola just whoop Heat's butts. Heat need bulk/size, speed, defense, and fast and high BB IQ and deep run playoff experience, and perimeter offense to stretch the floor. There are really not a lot of options out there. Ideally many copies of Al Harford, but he is old and on the decline.Who else is out there similar to Al Harford, Brook Lopez? He may not be fast, but he has all the other things Heat need. Will the Bucks let him go? Now, who is out there who can match up against Aaron Gordon?

  3. I could see Beal going to the Celtics also. I think if the Heat pony up Tyler Herro and three FRPs, Portland would bite on that.

  4. I don’t think Beal is a winning player. I would pay up for Dame Lilliard if I were the Heat. Picks gotta be less valuable to the Heat when they have Spo and can get a finals lineup from undrafted players

  5. I saw when the title said welcome to Miami 😭 imagine they sign pat bev who screams Miami.

    Bev, Beal, Jimmy, Jovic, Bam.

  6. Trading Herro for Beal would be a pretty bad move.
Herro is young & has the ceiling you want.
Beal has even more injury issues than Herro & has probably already had his best seasons.
Would just be a knee jerk reaction to losing to a much better team in the Finals.

  7. Clicked thinking "finally, someone who isn't retarded" then i heard "Miami heat" and that thought is gone.

  8. Beal will only bring the slack losing culture to the HEAT. He plays only average 50 games per season the past 4 years. Pat is smart enough not to take up his bad contract.

  9. Beal is going to the sixers for Tobias and a pick or two. His contract kills his value, and he will veto any trade outside the NE due to wanting to be close to DC.

  10. Giving no trade clause for a player like Beal is wild. I wonder who was that bumasss giving Beal $250 mil contract with no trade clause lol

  11. You're right that there's only ONE team that makes sense for Bradley Beal. Unfortunately, that team is the Wizards.

  12. Miami heat fans 2 to 3 years ago Bradley beal to Miami heat yes but now hell no overpaid worst contract

  13. You were at 19.9k for a bit longer than I thought. Congrats on 20k. Truly great channel.

  14. The injury prone narrative is ridiculous. In 11 regular seasons, he played 695 games, that is 63 games a season, which is not anything out of the ordinary.
Also his efficiency is up in 22-23, it was one of the best years when it comes to true shooting percentage, the difference is he is apparently taking fewer FGs, since he played with Kuzma and KP.
I think he is a very good fit in Miami and this "injury prone and he declined narrative" is actually to their benefit, otherwise he might not have been available.
I suspect he will get a motivation boost from play in a winning environment. He is one of the harder-working stars out there and fits perfectly into that heat culture.

  15. I just don't see Miami willing to take on that contract. The leverage of his no-trade clause is toxic and the total value of the deal is questionable.

Beal is better than Herro but the age difference and contract make you think twice.

I see NY as the team that'll feel the need to make a move. Maybe even Brooklyn if they can unload the Simmons contract.

Beal isn't worth nearly what many in the public is speculating he's worth. The market will set his value and I believe the market will be cold on him.

  16. Miami is reportedly and likely not trading Herro though.

It really is Lowry, much like the Westbrook trade from the Lakers to the Jazz, they will trade a guy on an expiring contract and the team that is receiving the player has likely no intentions of having that guy even play. They just need to get rid of the big contract and a player that has no future with the organization.

There is a possibility that it is not zero at all, that later on Lowry ends up going back to Toronto or maybe even back to Miami lol, as the Wizards buy his contract out.
