Fair opinion. But LeBron also did hop on national TV and hosted a whole show announcing he was leaving Cleveland, sending them into rebuild mode. They both went way overboard when he went to Miami

What a pointless and random thing to say 9 years after the fact.

I thought it was pretty clear Lebron didn’t really like are team management at any point. It always seemed to me that he just wanted to get a chip in his home state.
I_LIKE_BASKETBALL
shame he didn’t write a letter about wade before he joined us

Thanks for the chip, be well

I pretty much think that Gilbert was the voice of every Cleveland fan after being dissed/embarrassed on national TV
PreptoBismol
But he was just fine signing with Dan Gilbert, anyway?

Yea I wouldn’t have blamed Bron if he never came back tht letter was OD af, it’s why he kept signing those short terms deals and forcing Gilbert to give TT and Jr a bag.
The Decision in retrospect was OD too but lets not act like the whole world wasn’t watching to see where Bron would go lol

Good for him.

Understandable, but LeBron knew he tarnished his legacy with his Decision. Cavs fans weren’t mad he left, most were understanding, it was **how** he left.
I think Dan Gilbert and LeBron put their differences aside and focused on their goal of winning a championship. LeBron brought the talent, accomplished his goal and kept his promise.
Best redemption arc we could’ve asked for.

Probably for all the times Gilbert bailed his mother out of jail.
