I think this makes sense for both sides especially Portland in their quest to compete and make Dame happy as well build for the future . Blazers can keep 3 and possibly still make dame not ask out since they got a player who still playing at a high level . Bulls get a young guard locked up who can shoot and get a 1st rounder for this year . Blazers get a 24 ppg scorer still who can help dame and get their blazers pick back that allows them to trade away other picks now that they aren’t restricted anymore. Plus they still have Grant’s bird rights and he’ll prob be back with them .

Honestly, I don’t think Demar is enough to satisfy Dame. Also not sure why they’d trade Simons for Demar straight up. Simmons is much younger and a better shooter?
I’d do it for sure, just would be shocked if they did.
Simons is worth way more than DeMar. If Dame is really holding the blazers hostage like this they gotta just move on from him
