(KOC) Sources say the Celtics have explored trades involving this selection and point guard Payton Pritchard to move up into the first round. But as The Boston Globe reported on Monday, the Celtics remain high on Pritchard, so he’s viewed as a valuable trade chip.

Also: “League sources have connected the Hawks to a whole bunch of teams in trade talks—the Celtics, Mavericks, and Raptors.”

  2. I want Jaquez Jr., hopefully he doesn’t rise too much and we can do this trade.

Assuming this gets done, do we trade for a back up PG or a wing? Our wings bench is kind of wack come playoff time. No offense to Gallinari or Hauser but pretty sure they wont be helpful in post-season

Sounds like a reasonable move to make. Although I feel as though KOC’s sources haven’t always been the most reliable.

Hawks make a lot of sense to be asking everyone about trades for everyone not named Trae.

I figure that saying there was no Ill will between Boston and pritch was just a “yea we don’t care about the trade request” to inflate his value. Be interesting to see what his value is, I was pretty low on him in his role here but in a Brunson type role next to luka I think he’d do well

At this point I’m sensing Brad just wants to make small roster tweaks. Pretty anticlimactic.

why would we be drafting lol no (reasonable) young player can immediatlly add to this team…

are we about revitalize john collins career?

Pritchard alone is worth a first. Dude was like the 28th pick, and is better than your average 28th pick. Don’t go for anything less.

In a 3 way trade, wonder if we can get okongwu from Atlanta if we send out PP and a first

Celtics need more athleticism and force at the 4 spot

I’d rather package pritchard with brogdon or grant to get a really great single player in return who cam plug some of our holes. But obviously the front office and brad know better than me trust the process
