They would be absolutely padded room straight jacket insane to trade Sharpe. Even if they traded him for a fake haul of Kawhi Leonard and Paul George and they won a title it still wouldn't be worth what they'd miss having Sharpe lead the franchise into the future.
Sharpe for Scottie Barnes is the only trade that makes sense between Portland and Toronto if Sharpe is involved in a trade.
Oh hell no, not in million years should the Blazers trade Ant, #3 and Sharpe for Pascal. Pascal has one year left on his deal. He could hypothetical walk after one season and if he did, it would ruin our future for the next few seasons. If Blazers do resign him, you're looking at $40-50m. I'd take Ingram or Zion in a heartbeat for #3 and Ant over literally trading away our whole future for Pascal on his expiring deal….
I might trade Sharpe + 23 + Nurk + salary needed for Pascal…but it would be either #3 and Ant, or Sharpe and 23 (not with Ant….)

seems Mikal Bridges is Lillards boy, right? so if im the NETS, why not trade Bridges to the Blazers for either the #3 pick or Anfernee Simons and Jusuf Nurkic and #23 pick. I like Bridges, but if you can get 2 starters, and then have room for Cam Johnson to get more playing time, why not?

I didn't know that trading away generational talent for a person that wasn't even in the draft selection that scoot or miller is at was this easy. We lost out on, jordan, paul, durant, how many more generational stars should we miss out on. because of loyalty to an aging superstar in his thirties. almost at the end of they career. I don't get it 🤔… Its like we haven't won anything since the 70's. why are we trading away franchise changing talent for hopefuls and last hoorahs.

Hey Mike, nice show. Zion is pretty expensive once July begins. His contract is a monster. Pascal? I can’t see the Blazers taking such a risk of losing Ant (who is MUCH BETTER than a “salary need for a trade.”) and #3. And either Scoot or Millet for a possible one year “rental.” I don’t like Siakam’s “fit” with Grant. Need better defense on this team.
NO WAY I’d include Sharpe. Toronto is well known to overprice their assets. There’s a Recents story about NBA executives getting frustrated with the Toronto front office being so rigid about overvaluing what they have.
I still want to keep the pick. I don’t want to lose Dame.

I'm hearing that Bam Adebayo may be a possibility trade for that 3rd pick! That would an immediate boost to the defense and offense. Bam would be my dream trade for this team!
You would be mistaken to believe Masai is going to force a Siakam trade. He will only do the trade if it is a good trade. Waiting until draft night is not going to change anything.
Sharpe will be better than ANY trade we can make for him in 2-3 years if Dame can’t wait that long, BYEEE
