For everyone so dead set on scoot over miller let’s remember a recent draft for comparison. Markell fultz was the consensus #1 prospect compared to James harden and Lonzo ball was a high end prospect touted as a future hall of famer and tatum was drafted 3rd.
Miller could be tatum, he could be Marvin bagley. Same goes for scoot he could be ja or he could be lonzo ball. Thats why siakam is worth so much more than just the 3rd pick you know what he is, an all nba forward. But everyone is always in love with the mystery box. I’m good with trading siakam for #3 but they are gonna have to throw in a lot more than that

It’s not this in a vacuum. Pascal is a super max player with ~5 years left in his career. Will the Raptors win a championship in the next 5 years?
I’d rather the Raptors get Miller over Henderson. Henderson seems like he’ll have a fine career but I just don’t see the All-Star upside there. If he were taller, faster, a better shooter, etc. I’d be more open to it but as of right now he looks like he’s just ahead of the curve developmentally rather than much more of a fundamentally sound prospect.
Both will be better than lamelo so I highly doubt this is entirely about fit. If miller had no offcourt concerns I think he would be unanimously seen as the better prospect over scoot
On sportbooks Scoot is a clear cut favourite to go #2… is Thursday here yet?
