  1. Chris Paul could have been on the list of all-time greatest point guards alongside Magic, Isiah Thomas, Nash, Curry, Robertson, Irving, Payton, Kidd… but he always disappointed in the playoffs and never truly became a leader, which is why he will be forgotten and placed on lower lists alongside Kevin Johnson, Tim Hardaway, or Rod Strickland. Even Stockton, who didn't win, had a truly respectable career because he lost to the greatest of all time and fought on the same team well into his 40s… unlike Chris Paul.

  2. CP3 is a hall-of-famer, but he is also not someone I would want on my team—there is something very toxic and unlikable about this guy. Even though CP3 is better than Beal, the Suns are better off with Beal.

  3. The trade still hasn't been finalized. So not surprising that Paul didn't hear about it until state of the negotiation was leaked.

  4. CP3 acting like he was surprised is surprising to me lol

  5. woj is the type of guy who says listen when he talks to himself on the mirror

  6. No offense woj but I think cp3 would rather retire than become the wizards point guard. He’s not about to finish his career on a rebuilding team unless his goal is to increase his value and try to get a diff contract again at 39 next year. I mean imo he should retire or finish in LA if that’s possible. I don’t really think either LA team is a contender and frankly if he doesn’t want to leave LA it looks unlikely he will ever win a chip. Although the lakers probably give him a better shot to win and made it to the ECFs last year. However since he already played with the clippers it might be a better fit for him where he can contribute more since everyone’s always injured and maybe retire with a team he played for a while for at least a proper goodbye.

  7. Those older players are pretending to be about winning but in reality all they care is money.

  8. Why CP has value for a contending team? Those kind of teams need championship experience and not contending-and-failing experience. don't get me wrong, he is a legendary player, but getting a team to the promise land is not in his bag.
