Willard, you do know that Dunleavy Jr. is the person who scouted Poole and brought him to The Warriors. Also he and Kirk Lacob were also the ones who pushed for him to get his contract.
Why should Green take a big haircut? Get some free agent offers first on the market.
Saying, “We can’t win the whole thing without Draymond” makes sense but that’s not considering who they may go out and get if he leaves
Dunleavy Jr. Was not even a good player. He has no experience as any management level. Warriors is doomed if they are going to be really rely on Dunleavy for managing their basketball operations!
Myers compared the Oscars and basketball, in an interview days before the trade deadline. If you did not win the award, there will be controversies, unlike in basketball, you're just not good enough, he said. And I truly believe thats the reason he stepped down. He knew this is not going anywhere but down, unless major changes will be made, which is unlikely to happen. And he's right. Replacing him internally is the proof that everybody in the organization is still in this run and continuity. Im a solid Dubs fan, but Green is super overrated. Way way over taking credits. I was a Spurs fan and the Tony, Manu, Tim, for me was, Steph,Klay, and KD. And I also cannot believe that there will be no better option beyond green.
This show is a Poole hater show, never look at him in positive way. So sad 😔
