I said it when it happened, but I think we gave him a promise on the spot at 17 as soon as his workout ended. He cancelled a workout with the Warriors immediately after our workout.
Not saying the kid will be a huge star, but if he’s got late-career Brook Lopez upside how the hell do you not take him in the lottery? I think he goes 10-14 now but when he worked out for us, he was mocked in the late teens in some places.
