I hate so much that I like this kid and we’re likely to trade out.
At least he knows exactly what his role would be offensively. Honestly if Lively ends up being the pick I wouldn’t mind having Dwight back to coach him on how to run the PnR with Luka
the only real problem i have with him is im not sure how high his motor is. But if hes willing to work hes gonna have a 10-12 year carrier
Seems like a good kid ready to accept any role he’s put in. Kyrie and Luka is about as good of a guard tandem as a big man could ask for
After seeing the candy ass screens that KP, C Wood, and every other big besides Powell set for Luka, I really love that he specifically called out setting good screens.
Verily, I hath observed his play whilst he adorned the Duke colors. This individual, methinks, hath naught the skill to properly set screens. His feeble attempts at such are perchance even more wretched than those of KP or Wood. Instead, he doth naught but commence his rolling at the faintest of touches. At the least, KP and Wood possess the prowess to shoot from the 3-point realm, thereby compelling the defense to remain diligent. I cannot comprehend why this assembly is filled with exuberance for him.
He’s not a good screener though that’s his main weakness
Very sharp interview. Dude was on point like he was interviewing for a Sales Manager job. Very Luka like in that you probably won’t get a crazy soundbite out of him.
Lively is going to be great on the mavs
