Will always love the Prez šŸ«”

Man Iā€™m sad, Brog was so huge for the offense last season and seemed to really like being a Celtic.

Love Brogdon, but Iā€™m hyped for Porzingis.

  3. SameOldiesSong

If this goes through, Iā€™m gonna be so thrilled to get Zingis but itā€™s very bittersweet losing Brogdon and Gallo (if heā€™s the other piece).

love the guy. if he doesnā€™t get hurt in ECF maybe heā€™s still here. at least heā€™s going to a team that hopes to contend in LAC. always rooting for the dude

So many old trade and free agent targets flowing through this town at once idk what to think.

    Always wanted Blake/Gallo/porzingis/Brogdon

What a wild ride Brad stevens has started

He was great until his arm gave out :/

I was super-happy when we acquired him last year. Derrick White was not it in his short time with us in 2022 and Brogdon seemed like just the answer.

And he was! But then White showed that he actually was awesome and Brogdon became a luxury. I am happy we are moving him to a Title contender where he can start again. The guy – as expected – was a true professional and I wish him the best moving forward.

loved brogdon this year! itā€™s a good and necessary move but iā€™ll miss our president

At least Brogdon doesn’t go to a lottery team next season. He could still compete in LAC. Make us proud Mr. President!

Dude won us so many games. Fucking blows he was injured for the ecf

Did his job, came in and played off the bench, and got frigging 6MOTY. Seemed to be a good vet, and told the Jays how good they have it with the Celtics. Sucks he got injured right at the end.

Hope he starts on the Clippers and we meet them in the finals (or avenge them after they lose in the WCF).

  12. He deserves to be remembered fondly. A brief tenure, but a good one!

Mixed feelings here. On the one hand he struggled more than he wa great in the playoffs. Injuries obviously played a role but he also kept us in that Philly series in stretches. Alway seemed to hit timely buckets to end runs from the other team, all year.

The fit wasnā€™t perfect but definitely enjoyed his play for the Celtics.

Hope to god Porizingus stays healthy if this goes through!

Nothing but respect for MY President. Seriously, he had a good year for us and by all accounts seems like a good guy. Didnā€™t love some of his quotes in the Miami series but heā€™ll be great if healthy next to Kawhi/PG.

I think Malcom was a perfect fit. At the end he was injured but the talent and poise is undeniable. I’m really sad he is gone but at least he went to a contender.

He is so damn fine, will miss this eye candy

  17. Worsttakejake

I loved him, but it just makes sense for both sides. I wish him nothing but the best.

  18. TheBoyKane2424

Guy was awesome this year and we probably make the finals if he doesn’t hurt the elbow. Hope he kills it in LA, happy he’s at least going to another good team.

  19. TheMaximumUnicorn

Yeah I’ll miss him for sure. He’s a great player and seems like a great person off the court, exactly the kind of guy you want to have around. If we do end up trading him it’s really just a product of circumstances rather than him lacking in any way. It would be cool if he ends up with the Clippers though, that should be a good situation for him. I’d hate to see him waste away in Washington while they rebuild lol.

I remember how bad I wanted us to get him way back in 2019 free agency and how happy I was when we finally got him three years later. He was so good for us this year and I really am sad to see him go. I get that we need a big man more than we need a guard but I’m gonna miss him. Best of luck to him in LA, hope we see him in the Finals! He better get a damn good round of applause when he plays in Boston again.

We love you Brog. Always knew you were a good player but you really won me as a fan this year. Good luck in LA
