Turner is what the Lakers need, AD can move back to the 4 where he is better suited. Two fly swatters defending the paint. He can step out, so spacing remains good for AD & Bron on offense. That would be a really, really good front line for the Lakers.

I wouldn’t mind Buddy and Turner at all. I used to spend hours on here arguing for them when we still had ‘Brick lol
I think I’d prefer a Nets package now just because Turner gets marginalized in double big lineups because he can do a lot more than spot up, and he’d be less effective in that role than DFS. Running twin towers always seems to work better on paper than in practice since you tend to lose more on offense than you gain on defense. Although there is a compelling argument that he might be better for the Nuggets matchup + LeBron with a stretch 5 would cook bench units. Buddy’s ability to stay on the floor in the playoffs is another question mark too.

I’d do 17 for Myles Turner in a heartbeat but I struggle to see Pacers doing it. I think Buddy Hield is very overrated by Lakers fandom and I don’t think he’s even worth swapping FRPs with the Pacers
