    Neubeck is completely missing the boat on this. I would be highly surprised if they’re not trying to be extremely active. If they care about selling tickets and also keeping Joel Embiid happy, they will make every attempt to get better. You’re either all in or you’re starting over. There’s no in between. It’s clear the organization is all in. You don’t keep Joel Embiid around and bring in Nick nurse if you’re not trying to reshape this roster. Everyone should expect them to be active.

    They need to do something or find AGM comparable to Howie roseman. It makes no sense that this team cannot trade for the correct players and personnel. They need to get better for the future they got worse in the last couple years. It's time to do some fixing of the GM if the GM can't pull the trigger and get better. Then he needs to go need to find out. Better general manager who can get the right players otherwise. It's otherwise it's gonna end up just like allen iverson's time going nowhere again

    This Is All I Know For Sure
    – Sixers Need 3 Starters- GUARD/SF/PF
    1. GUARD- resign Harden or Harden Replacement
    2. SF- after they trade Tobias
    3. PF- trade Tucker or he comes off the bench
    – Trade or Buyout Korkmaz & Harrell ASAP! (Harrell probably will opt in)
    – Resign McDaniels & Reed
    – Let Milton & Niang walk
    – Need A Backup Point Guard/Combo Guard/6th Man like LeVert or Divincenzo or Bruce Brown
    – If Harden & Tobias are back then you start Tobias at PF & Tucker comes off the bench then they need new SF Starter
    – Can McDaniels be the starting SF or is he best as a Reserve????

    Our last desperate move trading for harden which all Morey. Unfortunately, passing up Haliburton. Tobi off books 2024, big opportunities, dont force another bad trade

    I truly believe they can run it back with the same roster and they will move past the second round via better coaching and another year of chemistry
