I’m sorry but nothing beats Tim Duncan’s 6XL FUBU polos, baggy jeans, and Birkenstocks. NOTHING

Man, when if ever was the last time the Spurs had a generational talent that wants the exposure and will put the Spurs on the map so to speak with the main stream media? This is uncharted territory for a least my 30 year fandom and I’m stoked for it!

Hopefully, the training staff can get some meat on his bones.

Wembymania is reaching Chuck Norris joke levels of sillyness.
Not even the coolest Frenchman for the Spurs ever.
Someday he may surpass Boris Diaw, but until he d’s up the GOAT1a in the finals and drops a sick behind the back dime to Tiago while *having his own espresso machine in his locker*, being a charter member of the Coffee Gang, and climbing the tallest mountain in France, he’s got along way to go.
This is all mostly tongue and cheek and not only is Victor legitimately an other worldly prospect, he seems to have a sublimely perfect attitude and mind set.
But…calm down. dude is not even officially a Spur for another half day. He hasn’t logged a single NBA minute and hasn’t won jack representing the Spurs. I get it, he’s the new shiny, but this is a franchise with 5 titles and a legendary history full of incredibly cool people.
And I will not allow Boris, the Big Croissant, to be forgotten or pushed aside just yet…

This kid’s got it together. Saw him last night talking to Robin Roberts and he said something to the affect of “not making the mistake of being to humble on the court”. On ESPN they said he purposely elected to play for a team in France that was known for their training and conditioning program more than their success, yet he still got them to the finals. Where I think he’ll really set himself apart from the rest of the NBA is that he doesn’t seem like a guy who’s going to bounce around the NBA just for the $ or rings. He may move around but he seems like he’ll factors the team dynamic, the character of his teammates, and the fan base as well. No better team than the Spurs for that. However, at 19, he could easily be swayed to the dark side of the NBA and join Zion, Harden, and tons of others.

I’m sorry, what exactly is Wemby doing that’s cooler than a Starcraft LAN party on the team plane after winning the franchise first NBA Championship?

I’ve always thought Mario Elie was the coolest Spur that I could remember.
I’m sure the ABA days had some pretty interesting dudes in addition to GG.

Y’all clearly forgot about Dwayne “The Main Vein” Schintzius. (Not his nickname but I think it should have been.)

Sorry but Sochan is the coolest.
They nailed the second picture, eerie, from somewhere unknown vibe…

Someone’s never seen the Tim Duncan MVP photo
I think Duncan was the coolest due to the fact he kept it low key.
