I love Klay, but he shot the ball 25+ times per game. So yeah, he led the league in 3 point makes. How many bad shots did we watch him take this season?

The warriors off season cannot be judged until the off season is over. A big trade doesn’t have to happen today.
Wherever they end up in the draft, they should draft a tradeable player. I agree with you that they have too many very young players. They need to decide which of the 5-7 20 year olds they want to keep (pick 2 or 3) and trade the rest (including this years pick) for a player in his prime. How about trading PBJ, Rollins and this years pick for Rob Williams?
They need an athletic, physical, two way big in his mid 20s. They should find one and trade for him. Everyone except Steph should be tradeable. I would prioritize keeping Looney and Wiggins because they are talented, affordable, and in their prime.

The idea that moving Klay and Dray is even in the realm of possibilities or even a good idea is laughable. What happened to loyalty in this league? Unbelievable.
Reasons to sign and trade Dray: he admitted that he can't get motivated enough to get up for games in March. He doesn't shoot and doesn't practice shooting, instead choosing to spend his time doing podcasts. He's a liability because he gets so out of control and argues with the refs over almost every call. He punched Poole and destroyed team chemistry and the entire season. He got suspended during the Sacto series which required Curry heroics in game 7. He admittedly lost the 2016 Finals when he hit Lebron in the balls. He almost got suspended in the 2022 Finals after wrestling with Jaylen Brown. He should have been suspended for that too. Finally, he's getting old….and still can't shoot.
Reasons to trade Klay: He won't accept a paycut and fewer minutes. He's shown that he's more into proving that he's back from his injuries than playing winning basketball. There is not a shot that he won't take, no matter how stupid it is. He's getting old which is worse for a player with what could have been two career ending injuries. I love Klay and want him to remain a Warrior but he will have to take a pay cut and fewer minutes.
Last season we didn’t have Wiggins for 46 games in the regular season and didn’t have GP for 77 games… That’s 2 of our 4 best defenders absent. We would have had a better record, a higher seed, and better chemistry going into the play offs. I really don’t think we need any big moves. We have NINE players on the roster who won a year ago.

And leave the young guys alone. Nothing that had happened to this team IS in anyway any of there fault. Playing small ball with absolutely no one taller than 6feet 9inches? What is Kerr and Myres smoking? Build the team right. The team IS too top heavy and getting too old, get younger AND bigger. Keep only Curry, Wiggs, Loon AND the Young guys. Get rid of Poole, Dray AND Klay – they are too weak psychologically, cost too much and are too unpredictable. Stop the nonsense Klay for 43 million? That IS a JOKE. He already got his loyalty pay. He was paid good wage for 2 whole years (more than) when injured. This a business, move him on. More importantly, we got the best of Dray already – he is way more trouble than he is worth. Sign and trade him. Pass on Klay's expiring contract. It is all downhill from here on in!!
Sign and trade rules dictate that you must be under the hard cap in order to execute. So unless Dubs dump a ton of salary, a sign and trade of Dray for someone else is highly highly unlikely.
The roster improvements need to come from utilizing our personnel better.
We need to add a defensive minded coach to Kerr’s coaching staff. Atkinson was terrible last year and Mike Browns presence was missed.
Kerr has to play Kuminga and Moody more in the rotation. If he would have given them minutes over Lamb and Jerome they would be way further along right now.
Let Andre, Lamb, & Jerome go as free agents. We don’t need them anymore with Wiggs back and can open up roster spots.
And I would look to move some combo of PBJ, Rollins & the #19 pick for a veteran big man. Doesn’t have to be a world beater but someone who can give us 10 productive minutes a game and take some of the load off looney.
I would resign Draymond to a 3 year deal but I would give JK at least 20-25 minutes a game.
Give Dray and Poole until the trade deadline to see if they can co-exist and get back to who they were before the punch. It would be nice to see Wiggs start at PF over Dray and give JK more minutes playing at SF his natural position.
Next year resign Klay to a team friendly 2 yr $40M deal and use the cap space to try and upgrade our big to a more established player.
