I can’t say i blame him, the situation was handled about as poorly as humanly possible. I don’t imagine they’ll miss eachother too much.

edit: draymond still follows poole

    LMAOOOO

POOLE SAID I GOT MY JORDAN POOLE OF MONEY

  2. GovernmentDoingStuff

I wouldn’t be shocked if he was just dejected the whole year which is a part of the reason for his poor play.

  3. doordaesh

i wouldnt want to see his ads for his next podcast either

  4. tyler1118

I don’t think anyone would blame him for the pettiness. lol

  5. Can’t blame him. Respect for not doing it until now to not make it a story during the season

  6. Khione_Asteri

excited for his next chapter of play. poole about to be on a rebuilding team with only one thing to prove. He’s got a chip. He’s gotten paid. his only concern should be that the warriors did him dirty and doubted him. i hope he shows them they made a mistake.

edit: it’s super possible he’s low skill low iq and will flounder into obscurity in washington, and that’s all fine and good (he got his chip and his bag), but i think and hope there’s a future where he develops his game into something resilient and formidable. has all the space in the world to rn

I’d do the same if I got punched by a coworker and the company took his side

  8. ObviousAnswerGuy

I mean, the dude punched him, i get it 🤷‍♂️ lol

  9. TomNooksSexSlave

I respect the fucking hell out of him for how he’s handled the whole thing. Draymond is a classless, arrogant piece of shit, Pooles a better man than I

  10. chickenripp

I’m shocked it took him this long. I don’t care if he’s my teammate, the day he punched me I would be unfollowing on all socials

I don’t understand how GSW thought not punishing Draymond was the right decision.

The fact that Kerr said that they OK’d it with Poole makes it seem even worse. Don’t put the pressure on the young kid to decide whether his veteran teammate gets punished.

  12. SuperElection3215

Uhhh next game they play against each there is going to be a brutal flagarnt committed by Poole

  13. Let’s hope Poole shares what he really thinks of the Warriors organisation now

  14. UnderstandableXO

he doesn’t have to act cool with him anymore 😭

So the lesson learned was if you’re good at your job, you can throw temper tantrums and assault your coworkers to no repercussions

Might need to pull that card sometime, its going in the deck for now

Imagine you get punched by someone at work who is good at his job, so they waited a year then transferred you away

  18. indreams159

i mean, yeah, i’d unfollow him too

but the only question is, why didn’t he unfollow him immediately after the episode?

  19. dBlock845

I don’t blame Poole for anything that happened this past year with GSW, seems like the media piles on him instead of Draymond. It doesn’t mean he is worth his contract though, but GSW handled last years offseason incident the worst way possible.

    Everyone should unfollow Twitter.

  21. hossman3000

Poole has to be so happy, gets away from Draymond and now can put up 25 shots per game and doesn’t have to play any D.

    It’s a win win win

  22. DW_Jitters

Why do people care about who people follow on social media platforms. Honest question.

  23. ginger_air

Honestly one of the worst ways the front office could have gone about it and absolute malarkey that dray didn’t face actual repercussions for his actions. As a long-time warrior fan I’ll be rooting for Poole and his crazy plays on the Wiz almost more than the warriors this season, because no one deserves to be physically assaulted in their place of work.

  24. Agnostic102

I’d bet a decent amount that Poole has a bounce back year in dc.

You can’t diffuse such a toxic environment like what happened in gs. 2 adults and one of them koed the other one at work?? In any other job setting aside from sports that’d be insane.

Nobody could expect Poole to have his head straight and to be focused on doing what’s best for the team in that state.

  25. KneelBeforeCube

I really don’t get the comments calling Poole petty here. Poole handled himself admirably, way better than most players would have had.

  26. Lazy-Kitchen3727

Draymond is a dirty player, but in order to punch somebody who’s 50 pounds lighter than you right in the head, you’ve got to be a dirty human being as well.

  27. sfblue11

I know he had a down season but for some reason he became the NBA punching bag this season.
As though it’s his fault that GSW overpaid him just in time for the new CBA to come in and fuck them. Hope for his mental health that he’s mostly staying off SM and the change of scenery does some good.

  28. FrankDh

Draymond still following makes sense. probably looking for material for his pod

  29. aimreallyhigh

Surprised he didn’t do it last season. Draymond freakin released a pr video to spin the whole thing on top of it all. Scumbag move and pathetic the Warriors did absolutely nothing to punish Draymond.

  30. MechaShoujo02

Can’t wait for the weird interview where KD and Poole and Draymond all blame the FO.

  31. swawesome52

The way the Warriors org handled that entire situation is shameful. When the reports came out they made it seem like it was something minor. I guarantee if the footage wasn’t leaked then we’d be calling Poole childish right now. They put more effort into trying to find who sold the video than solving the issue, no suspension from the team or the NBA. Now you trade the victim of the situation in favor of the dude who assaulted him.
