They are getting someone who enjoys penetrating and slamming it.
Someone who can really fill up the hole.
Someone who doesn't dribble much, even when around the rim.
Someone who knows how to score and has a penchant for getting lucky with his stroke.
Someone who has a picturesque stroke when draining balls – whether outside or inside.
Someone who will stand tall and ready to shoot if his stroke is on.
Someone who likes to poke into lanes when balls are loose.
Someone with the ability to plant the seed for generations of players.
On the downside, however, he is known to be very soft (and plays small) when his stroke isn't on.
He simply hangs in the middle with balls and won't drive deep.
Overall, I think Raptors management really showcased themselves well with the Dick pick!
I see that his comp is actually Tyler Herro in the league and some say JJ Redick and Kyle Korver as well, this is a plus for Toronto then as this is the pick we needed.
