I think 2 more really solid pieces are still needed, not sure on Dallas's cap situation but it seems like that should be affordable with only Luka and Kyrie on max deals, no one else is paid a crazy amount. Ideally someone like Brook Lopez and Harrison Barnes on 2 to 3 year deals as Lively and Prosper develop.
Hardy eventually swapped for more of a defensive guard like Davion Mitchell perhaps?
