Lively is gonna give us what Javale SHOULD HAVE given us last year! 20+ mins a night, and nothing but hustle, defense, rebounding, and catching some lobs every now and then! Plus we shed Bertans contract, picked up more big man depth in Richaun Holmes (for literally nothing), and then added another prospect first rounder..

To me is a typical Mavs move. Instead of truly improving your roster you bet on stuff and"let's see how it goes". These kids aren't the answers to Mavs problems. They are prospects, they might not even fit in the league. Meanwhile contender teams are making moves that improve their rosters with proven players. You have 2 top 15 players in the league. GO ALL IN, trade your picks for players that can deliver right now.

So the Kings helped the Mavs get Luka (2018), Hardy (2022), and now O-max (2023). I dont know who is in the King's front office but Cuban better thank them

I think the Mavs had their best draft in years with 2 solid players that will help on the defensive side and if they become good scorers that's just cake.
