  1. A trade for a 38 year old damaged goods Chris Paul shakes up the entire NBA? This for real?

  2. The team will have great coaching and vocal leadership but coaches coach and players play so…

  3. If the warriors end up keeping moody and kuminga it could benefit them and the warriors as Chris does have history of getting young players to play well

  4. I can't understand why the Warriors continue to avoid any kind of strengthening of their paint game. Until they have a more impactful presence in the paint they will not win another title. Porzingis could have actually been the winning key but as always the Warriors continue to play around with the guard and small forward positions even though they always have an extremely talented back court. They need a big man!

  5. I like the Jarrett Jack comparison with CP3. As good as Steph is even in his mid-30s the element of having a solid backup PG must come into play if the Warriors want to win it all again. Last year were flashes of that with Jordan Poole but he didn't have the juju to maintain the run he had in 2022. Now with CP3, it makes Kuminga, DiVincenzo, Moody, and GP2's jobs that much easier, but once again the lack of size may also come into play. Thank goodness Mike Dunleavy has hinted that they may not only bring back Draymond but maybe get a center on the cheap. How does this play out, who knows?

  6. Without knowing anything about CP3 or how he feels. I honestly don't think he is interested in winning, with this team specifically. I think this might have been the absolute last team he would have wanted to go to. Even IF they win a championship next year. I feel like he'd just accept and say the right things but deep down, shrug his shoulders. Like well…yeah i guess.

  7. Energy… wow, not shooting, size, rebounding, defense or anything else that makes a championship team…

  8. I can see CP3 being in a Gary Payton 2005-2006 Miami Heat role for Warriors backup PG to Steph.

  9. Draymond green is the most over hyped player of all time, dude averages a triple single every season and gets talked about like a star

  10. Steph went to Chris Paul’s basketball camp in high school. Then came to the NBA and got abused by Chris Paul, then he got better and started abusing CP3. Now they are teammates lol

  11. If the rumour about Kuminga having a growth spurt from 6'7 to 7'1, that's wild. He could end up being a problem for GSW… (in a good way)

  12. Chris Paul also brings some veteran leadership that this team needs. This was a great move for the Warriors.

  13. I think I know why Golden State was 50/50 last season. The punch created tension (obviously), at home everyone goes to their respective homes, come in at their preferred workout times (minus practice), and it served as a pressure release valve. On the road, the team travels together, stay in hotels together, workout, and practice together. This means longer time in proximity with Draymond and JP, not to mention sides taken, although not outright dropping Draymond as friendly. That caused lack of chemistry on the road.

  14. CP3 is definitely big mad that he’s a warrior lol. Probably gonna be “injured” most of the season.

  15. no idea why GS would go to all this trouble to retain Draymond Green. Great player, but his skills have diminished to the point he's not worth the money he'll command. GS will rue the day the resign him instead of moving on.

  16. Chris Paul and TJD in the pick and roll off the bench next season is gonna be a movie.

  17. I’m thinking the Warriors are going to let the trio ride off into the sunset. Then, they’re gonna tank and blow everything up

  18. Do they realize CP3 is old and injury prone. I’m willing to bet he misses prob 30-40 % of his game next season. Plus golden state is a team who runs up and down the court. CP3 can’t play like that
