  1. Perk on him being traded that’s referenced here:

However, Perkins recently opened up on the trade and explained that he actually thought that the move was a smart one. The reason for that? Perkins was likely to leave the squad in free agency and had told ainge it was about the money.

Like what are we doing here? Why is this man on a platform?

  2. Perc is so mad he has no say or knowledge about what Boston is doing lol he swears he’s a Celtic newsflash they traded you just months after the ship

  3. Lowes point: the issue wasn’t a playmaker of which smart was not btw. The issue was the difficulty in a relatively efficient offense by numbers to pivot. The new pg is ur new found versatility. Smarts guy always helped off every playoffs and doubled jays. That’s over with. The entire playoffs Tatum dribbled up into an unbalanced floor, passed to the wing and no Celtic could take advantage of that, often it was smart. Wide open. Now fast forward. You can’t leave anyone on floor open. You can dump into the nail whenever u want. You drag opposing centers completely out of paint, you have a perfect pick and pop partner that will open up all kind of lanes via overplay, and u can just post up and get easy mismatch stuff preventing a bunch of dif opposing team alignments. That’s ur new pg. the versatility of your offense. What does smart bring here? Nothing. He scored 6 points on cuts all year. He was terrible on spot up efficiency. The slow downs end of game were often his call. And his best attribute, defense severely slipped. And though he played l, he played hurt 3 months every year last three years which I’d argue wasn’t great for us either but should be considered in health talk. Media seems like it’s gonna be baffled by how great this trade was. And final point: smart being gone let’s you deploy subs exactly like you want. His ego prevented using white or brogdon in big spots were they were better options last year I. Deference to chemistry concerns. Smart being gone will be excellent for this team.

  4. Perk I got love for u but be a man . U wanted the jays to split up at a point of time so keep it real . That part

  5. Celtics is one of the most backstabbing franchises in the NBA. I remember when Paul Pierce wanted to retire as a Celtic but they traded him to Brooklyn because he was washed up, they tried to trade Jaylen Brown for KD, and now they got rid of Marcus Smart. NBA teams expect loyalty but will dump you once they have no use for them anymore

  6. Perkins is such a hypocrite talking about patience when he said after the season to break up the Jays. God his analysis is bunz and idk how he continues to air on ESPN

  7. Remember right before the 2017 NBA Draft, Danny Ainge tried to trade the #3 pick (* Jayson Tatum *) and another future lottery pick to the Knicks for Porzingis?! Phil Jackson told Danny that there was no one in that draft that would amount to an All-NBA player and hung up in his face. 😂🤣😭 My how things have changed. Welcome to Boston Unicorn!

  8. This the same dude who wanted to ship jaylen brown outta town , now he crying about marcus being traded like he was the sole reason the celtics had all their success get outta here with that logic such a corny take 😂

  9. congrats celtics for trading away your dawg for a guy who only wanted to try when he needed a contract xD

  10. Wow .. Perk is right(for once) NOBODY called Porzingas a difference maker before this trade …. NOBODY

  11. boston def won. They received multiple draft picks and Tingus Pingus for Smart. Cmon that’s a no brainer, love smart but he hurt the team a lot, sure he had his moments but i feel like smart was a roadblock

  12. He is being emotional because he’s had a flashback to when he was traded 1:52

    Oh goodness.
It’s OK just get a safety animal and take a few days off. The old wounds will heal.

  13. Yep. For a team that falls apart under pressure it is a weird move to get a guy that falls apart under pressure. More of the same is usually not a great solution when you are trying to fix your biggest problem. Porzingis is soooft and mentally weak. But he can shoot 3s? The problem with the Celtics was no PG and guards that fall apart under pressure, not a lack of a crappy center that jacks up 3s.

  14. Kendrick Perkins in 2021 – “I think something drastic needs to happen, and it’s not firing Brad Stevens,” he said. “I think that Marcus Smart has ran his course. I think guys are tired of hearing his voice in the locker room. I think guys are tired of his ill-advised shot-taking at times, some of his turnovers that he has.”

  15. I'm favoured, $230K every 4weeks! My life has totally changed i can now afford anything and also support God's work around me and my society.
